Bubinga(Guibourtia demeusei.) DescriptionA heavy hardwood from Africa. The heartwood is a red brown colour and often very interlocked grain. WorkabilityVery tough to work. Can pick out when planed due to interlocked grain and can burn when routed or sanded. Because it is hard it polishes very well. ApplicationsCan be used in a range of furniture applications.
