Description

Medium sized softwood from Europe. It is the trad ional Christmas tree of northern Europe. Sapwood is a pale white yellow and hard to distinguish from the heartwood.

Works well.

Applications

Availability

We don’t stock it but can source for flooring. It is very soft and we are reluctant to recommend it for flooring when so many tough hardwoods are available

Janka 2.1 420kg/m3.

Durability

Not durable cladding should be well painted.
